For KAIKEN, we have decided to concentrate on the two
varieties most representative of Argentina: Malbec and
Cabernet Sauvignon; giving birth to two types of wine: KAIKEN
Reserve and KAIKEN Ultra. The production attained from our
first vintage (2002) was all of the Reserve range. As of 2003
vintage, KAIKEN Ultra, in both Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon
versions, has been introduced into the market.
Behind these wines you find passion and a total commitment
to quality; as well as the true expression of the terroir and
climate. Our philosophy is the production of wines with true
character, personality, elegance and expression. The expert
hand of Aurelio Montes has gathered the elements of the
Mendoza terroir and climate and integrated them with great
wisdom into a sublime wine.
